This is a very quick witter as I am en route to Dorset and hadn’t quite realised it was Wednesday again so soon! Honestly, I can’t wait for the holidays to be over and for normal service to resume.
This time next week it will be my first day back at teaching for a year. I start my new job and I am looking forward to it. I think. I am certainly looking forward to the payslip each month. My year off has been a learning curve and a blogging bonanza. As I will be working part-time (2 days a week as Head of Dept) I still have some sanctuary time to write, which has all worked out rather well. My latest project will be announced soon, but I am not allowed to say yet….! (don’t get too excited)

All the best for your new job. It’s good that you will still have time to write as you will certainly have plenty to say! You will probably have a completely different perspective on your work after a year off… I’m looking forward to hearing about it :)
