Forty Small Ways to Change My World

shutterstock_98617259Having turned 40, I felt that I wanted to give myself, my life a bit of a rehaul. Nothing major, just a few tweaks here and there. So this is my list of small ways to change my world. Hopefully for the better.  It will be added to as the months go by….and these are NOT resolutions. They are suggestions to myself, to take or leave, try and fail at. Or maybe even succeed. Only time will tell.

  1.  Stop having sugar in tea
  2. Drink for pleasure rather than escape
  3. Make time to read more
  4. Accentuate the positive – I have started one of these: http://pinterest.com/pin/78461218480194667/
  5. Delete emails daily
  6. I will endeavour to action my bucket list. Starting with learning Italian.  Again.

  1. I can recommend “Gold” by Chris Cleave for point no 3. Love the idea of the jar filled with good things – I might have to get one of those…

  2. Exactly how do you be capable of create this kind of great crowd of commenters to your website?
